Calling from USA
- Dial an access number. Local access numbers are available in 45 states. (Click “Access Numbers” above to find the list of access numbers in your state).
- You get prompted for PIN, enter your PIN. (If you do not know your PIN, you can view it on “Recharge PIN” page).
- Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to) and press the pound key (#) to connect.
To place an international call: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
To place a call within the USA and to Canada: 1 + Area code + Phone number.
Calling from abroad.
- Dial an access number abroad (Access Numbers can be found on this page – click “Access numbers” above and select county you’re calling from).
- Enter your PIN.
- Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to).
To call to the USA or Canada, dial US number as if you were calling from USA: 1 + Phone Number (for example, 1 800 599 3045 without additional codes).
To call to/within other countries from abroad – dial as if you were calling from USA: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
Rates to call from other countries are different from domestic rates. To view proper rates - click “Rates” above and select a country you’re calling from in the “Rates From” table. (Please note that local rates (if using local access numbers abroad) are shown in the table).
Rates may be higher if using toll-free access numbers abroad (especially if calling from payphones or mobile phones) for your calls and calling from some cities. For more detailed information check "Access Numbers" first to view these surcharges in the countries you are planning to call from.
General calling tips:
To make another call, do not hang up: press star key twice (**).
To repeat your calling attempt to the same destination number, press star key twice (**) and then zero key (0) and pound key (#).
If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
Please note NOT all Access Numbers in other countries and some regions are being supported by those countries' phone services when calling either from land phones or mobile phones or from payphones. Some phones (and in certain areas many) in the world have not been modernized. They only accept a certain number of digits or don't have international calling capability or are even rotary phones. 10-digit secure pin phone cards may not work with such phones and that is beyond our reach of course. (Note: you must use tone dialing instead of impulse when calling from other countries with your calling card).
To use Toll-Free Access Number (8-10-800-204-34011) in Russia you may need wait for a tone after dialing first 8. (After entering the access number, please wait for the ’long tone’ and dial 300 in order to be prompted for the PIN. Service does NOT work from rotary phones!).

Toll-Free Access Number in Russia is provided only from Rostelecom, Aerocom, Gaztelecom, Global One, RusTelNet, Incom, TCM, Astelit and ASVT phone networks.
Payphones access: only Rostelecom payphones. No access from mobile networks.
